Verify your barcode reader is set up to read the symbology you are printing.

If you have a doubt, use the sample barcodes printed during the Testing the BarDIMM Pro procedure.

If your reader cannot read the barcodes from the test page, it is either defective or the symbology is not being read.
Refer to your barcode scanner regarding symbology activation and scanner usage.
