If ‘“BarDIMM DEMO PAGE – www.bardimm.com” appears on the page the BarDIMM Pro license was not detected on the HP printer.

This can have a few reasons:

  • The BarDIMM USB stick is not connected to the HP printer, or the HP printer USB port where the USB stick is plugged is deactivated
    • Connect the BarDIMM Pro USB stick inside the HP printer, to a working USB port
  • No admin password is defined on the printer, preventing the license service from running
    • Define an admin password on the printer
  • The BarDIMM Pro USB stick is defective
    • If you are under valid support contract, open a ticket at https://support.celiveo.com describing the issue, indicating your printer model number and the copy of your product invoice. Our support will investigate and come back to you with an electronic license or RMA number.
  • A printer firmware defect prevents the licensing from running properly
    • If you are under valid support contract, open a ticket at https://support.celiveo.com describing the issue, indicating your printer model number and the copy of the invoice for that BarDIMM Pro. Our support will investigate and come back to you with workarounds such as a proper firmware downgrade.
